We will upgrade the software on our 1Gbps network infrastructure in GN09, in order to rectify a known urgent issue and to maintain the security and reliability of the network. This is expected to cause around 15-30 minutes' outage affecting all servers in GN09, except those with 10/40/100Gbps connections.
It will not affect virtual servers on departmental infrastructure, GPU servers, departmental storage servers (filer etc.), offices, wifi or phones.
